Wow I knew so many people. Its so sad to know they arae gone, I knew Russell Slowik very well. Donny Perkins,Linda Winans, Greg Matthews we all lived in the same Cul d sac. As well as Dusty Barrett who lived next door. I used to babysit his younger brother. To thier Familys I mourn with you. I pray that each and every soul has reached thier place in Heaven and waits patiently for us all to join him.

Peter was born in Honolulu, Hawaii July 11, 1948.
He suffered from Hepitas C and subsequent liver
failure as well as a stroke while in the hospital. He
was here from Puerto Rico, where he had been
living for several years, visiting with our daughter,
Heather, her husband and our 4 granddaughters.
He was loved by many and will be greatly missed by
all who knew him. Winnie Grimmett Toro (former
wife of Peter, and THS class of 1967).

Valerie Wimer June 4, 1947 - Feb. 1, 1974 Most of us called her Val. She is greatly missed. Her life was taken from her in San Franciso, Ca. I talked to her on the phone that day and had plans to see her that evening. I waited that evening with her sister for her to return. That never happened she did not pick up her daughter at day care and she did not return home. She had been murdered. Her life was taken from her.
She left behind her young daughter,her parents,her sister and many friends. Val was a fun loving person full of life. She served as Senior Class Secretary in 1965. While going to high school she was a active member of the International Order of Jobs Daughters Bethel 21 Hayward. She held many offices and was a Past Honored Queen at the time of her death. We spent so many carefree hours at Treeview Swim Club while we were in high school. Never dreaming our time would be cut short. Just as we were beginning to make sense of what our Adult years were to be all about. Another ANGEL got her wings much to soon. Our circle of Friendship was broken but her memory will foreven be written in our hearts.
