Gary Stroup has 1 sister, myself, 1 daughter, Adelle, 18 years old, now serving in the Army Reserves in Iraq. Adelle just finished Boot Camp and will serve for another 3 years. Gary's mother Marguerie whom I am taking care of (she is 86 years old) still lives in Hayward. Gary went on to become a Milwright/Carpenter and built his own house, he loved camping, hiking and the outdoors. He especially loved Yosemite and Tahoe. He was quite a good snow skier. My brother right before he died lost most of who he was. He died in his sleep after being confined to a wheelchair for about 1 year. He lost most of his memory and was not himself when he passed. I am just glad that he is in no more pain. Gary, this is my tribute to you. Even though we grew apart, I will always love you, even though we had many differences. Your Sister always, Karen

James Hall Spann is my father and I would like to know more about him. I know he died saving lives in Vietnam and he is forever my hero.

Today would have been my brother's birthday. He would have been 58 years old. Maybe a father or grandfather. HE was killed in Viet Nam at the age of 19
Daryl graduated THS 1966. HE was an awesome little brother. He was a good Marine. He is missed as much today as he was 38 years ago.If you remember him write in your rememberance. If you lost some one close to you write your memories.
