I came in on a link to the Orkney page and was just thinking how fantastic it was when I discovered you'd covered just about the whole of Scotland! Superb site. Thanks.

What a beatiful website. I was feeling a bit homesick tonight so thought I'd look at Scottish things on the internet. Very glad to have come across your website.

Dear Dave,
Well spotted! The photo is actually the correct orientation, but the caption was wrong - the pic was taken over the West side of the mainland not the East. The two small lochs in the photo are Heilia Water & Loch of Murraster (about 3 miles North-East of Walls). The website is now updated.
Cheers.

Hi Alan
May I congratulate you on an excellent site with photographs which evoke memories of flying in the area. Forgive my criticism but may I suggest that your picture 008 in the Shetland series is reversed. It is indeed the East Side of Shetland looking down past Sandwick and Levenwick with Sumburgh Head in the distance but they should be on the left of the picture.

Please feel free to sign the guestbook. Did the website bring back memories of previous holidays in Scotland, perhaps your home town features in one of the photos, or maybe you just enjoyed looking at Scotland from a new perspective? Let us know!
