James we now see the XRS ESC is an illegal item!!!!
Case for the defence......I am sure that the XRS ESC will drop in price when the pound is much stronger in the worlds economy, than it is today. Hence a falsely inflated price on a very reliable component.
This was not discussed in the hall, was this discussed in the pub afterwards by the non elected committee of pub goers...hmmm
Many of us purchased this product when it was in the rules as a STANDARD item.
We shall continue to use them until they expire or we do!!!!!!!!!
These cars should be considered as standard as they were before the pub chat last week...me thinks.
Motors with fans in I assume, if already in the car, can be used until they go pop as they were legal before your dream world meeting room that you have taken yourself too and made up more rules!!!! ohhh which have not been voted on!!!!!!

Hi Micky,
As long as the chassis is a Mardave chassis along with Mardave wheels etc then you will be ok. You should be able to use it at other places as well, but that will also depend on other clubs rules and regs. Most people have some form of Interior bumper at the front of the car to bridge the gap between the chassis and shell. This helps to stop the shell from breaking as easily and also protects the wheels to a degree. I would say your best bet is to come along with your car and speak to someone at the club about your car. They will advise you if you need to add / remove anything from your car. Hope this helps!
