Julie Popovich went missing 8 months prior from a bar down the road on High Street as well. Adam Salehs appeal has reached the judges and we are all waiting to see what happens with that. I think we all would like to know who the "mystery shelled neclace guy" is seen talking with Julie at the bar. Now Brian was from Pickington Central as well. If he is the shelled neclace guy then he might have gone missing because he knows something. Whoever the shelled neclace guy is, they sure didnt testify in court. We think Justin Webb needs to identify this person or at least admit its not Adam Saleh. He seemed to have changed his story in court and believed to have collected reward money. There are just so many unanswered questions in both these cases. I believe the answers will come with all the support of the community to solve this case.

I'm fairly familiar with the areas Brian was traversing, and while not exactly Beverly Hills, it's not the Bronx either. I've not heard in general of any other homicides against innocent pedestrians since his disappearance. Also, given his size and weight, he would not have been a criminal's ideal target. I guess he could have been a chance victim of random violence without robbery as a motive but I doubt it.

Darn right Clint knows something. Nobody who isn't guilty of anything just will not take a polygraph. It just makes no sense.
If you look at all the cases where someone isn't taking a polygraph, it normally ends up being for a reason. I'm not saying Clint did something to Brian, but he knows more than he has told.
Its sad that he wouldn't respond to Randy.

Admittedly, bars at closing time are populated by drinkers in various stages of inebriation, but still, the lack of someone coming forward might mean something different from what we are all assuming. I'd like to see the security monitor tapes from closing time myself. I don't know that the authorities have absolutely denied seeing Brian leaving with someone; and, even if they said that, I could see the police having to deny it if they were actively pursuing a sensitive investigation of a suspect.

Here is a very good excerpt from an article today found at: http://www.cleburnetimesreview.com/crimeseries/local_story_049171220.html?keyword=secondarystory
Resolving cold homicide cases requires a combination of skill, good fortune and the good intentions of concerned citizens.
“It’s finding the right stone to turn over or hoping someone goes through a salvation experience, listens to their conscience, tells a friend, and the friend brings some information forward,” Alford said.
“It’s families staying after us to do what we haven’t done or haven’t taken time to do. It’s media people who won’t let these things die. It’s law enforcement working together. It’s the entire community.”

I believe A LOT of people need to come forward. With two security guards standing at the exit, the only other exits are over the balcony or through the construction doors the guards are facing. So dont tell me nobody saw him go over the balcony or through that construction exit. That Gateway area is crawling with people on the weekends. Its almost three years later and somebodys conscience has got to bring answer. Thoughts and prayers
